Simple gifts given to a mama friend don’t have to be for any reason other than to let them know that you care and are thinking of them.

This motherhood thing is hard, y’all. I know I was so gracious to have a simple phone call to ask if I was doing okay. I love the idea of little gifts (or wine) sent to a new mom, a veteran mom or just a good friend to boost their spirits and let them know they are loved!

Here are a few ideas for sweet, little gifts:

1. A good “mama” box

This box from Mama Love Collective has the perfect gift for a girlfriend. A bath bomb, inspirational print and so much more! She also does t shirts which you can totally add to any gift.

2. A plant (that will be hard to kill…) 🙂

If tulips don’t brighten your day I don’t know what will. I got a amaryllis in my Fearless Mom’s group for Christmas and it makes me smile everytime I look at it.

3. A coloring book

Sounds so elementary but trust me, it’s actually so relaxing! I got overwhelmed with the big, very full coloring books and found this one on Amazon that is perfect and a devotional! Pair it with macarons and she’ll be quite happy. 🙂

4. Felt letter board

This might be a good birthday gift as they are a little out of the simple gift range but it’s so fun. I loved finding little quotes or crazy sayings to use over the holidays and make my husband laugh. It’s the little things, y’all.

5. A heartfelt card

The SIMPLEST things can make someone smile. Throw a little print and a handwritten card and mail it to your bestie. You have no idea the feeling she’ll get opening that little piece of sunshine.
