Simple Sangria
Here is another drink for spring and ALL of summer! This Sangria recipe is for all those busy moms, working ladies or anyone not wanting to spend hours on making a good drink.
Sliced citruses (I used ruby red grapefruits)
One liter Grapefruit Soda
One bottle of red wine (I used Becker Vineyards Iconoclast)
Slice citruses in round slices with rinds still on and place in pitcher
Squeeze half a citrus into pitcher
Pour in bottle of wine
Stir in grapefruit soda
What are your favorite wine recipes?
I have never tried Sangria. Which really seems odd, since I live in Florida and everyone seems to drink it around here.

Thanks ladies!! It’s stores well, too. I kept it in a sealed pitcher for 4 days and sill perfect on the 4th day!!
Erin, I really love this recipe- I am a fan of Sangria, but I’ve never had it like this. Can’t wait to try it- thank you for sharing it with us at Treasure Box Tuesday! Pinned! 🙂
