Ingredients

garlic

quinoa
1/2
cup
flour
1
farm egg
2
tbsp
parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400.
Cook the quinoa as directed until fluffy. I use my rice cooker. SO much easier.
After quinoa is cooked place all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Using your hands is the best way. (Similar to making hamburger patties.)
Once evenly mixed and mashed, form patties with your hands in the desired size. Flatten as you place them on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 16-18 minutes. If not brown by then, broil for 2 minutes. Enjoy!
