  1. 1. Gather all your ingredients. It’s easier to have everything washed and prepped and right in front of you before rolling.
  2. 2. Dip the rice paper in warm water. Soak for only 1 – 2 seconds, paper still needs to be a little firm.
  3. 3. Place rice paper on your workspace and start adding ingredients.
  4. Fold over one end and tuck under your fillings. Roll one more time and fold in the sides. Continue to roll till rice paper ends.
  5. Eat now or refrigerate for no more than 5 hours. Rice paper will harden after that.
