As a Sweat Pink Ambassador I am joining Fit Approach and Lorna Jane in a fun, February challenge.
Last month, I reached my goal weight. (Can I get a hell yes?!) This month is all about getting into the groove and toning up my muscles. Six pack here I come!!
Lorna Jane has the cutest active wear in the most fun colors and prints. These dimension tights are my favorite!
This week was tough – 5 minutes of planking and working out in the cold! BRR!!
Week One: Move
2/3: Sweat-it-out! – Sweaty night run in my new nikes!

2/5: Let’s get planking! – My 5 minute plank on the Bosu Ball.
2/6: Buddy up! – Ran with my FAVORITE buddy today!
2/7: Fave Friday! – My favorite 5 fitness things: Nike In-season Training shoes, Target Workout clothes, Gold’s gym, Sweat Pink laces, and gorgeous trails to run on outside of Austin!
Can’t wait for next week and hopefully some ab definition!
