Turkey and Cheese Puff Pastry Sandwiches
This Turkey and Cheese Bake is the perfect way to switch up your sandwich game. Turkey, cheese, Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Sheets and viola, you’re done!

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Lay 1 sheet of Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry on a floured board and roll it out to 10 by 12 inches. (roughly)
  3. Place it on a cookie sheet and sprinkle the center with colby jack cheese, leaving a 1-inch border around the edge.
  4. Place a layer of turkey and then cheese, also leaving a 1-inch border.
  5. Roll out second Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry sheet to 10 by 12 inches.
  6. Place the second sheet on top of the filled pastry, use a fork to close the edges.
  7. Brush the top with egg wash and poke a few holes on the top to allow steam to escape.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool for a few minutes and serve hot or warm. (Add powdered sugar for a fun take on the croque monsieur!)
