I have a HARD time getting in breakfast. I forget how easy it is to forget but also how easy it really is to make!
My mom raised us on Yoplait snacks and breakfasts and I’m excited to share with you a good breakfast that I now give to my son.
I feel better knowing that him and I both have 20% of our daily calcium intake before leaving the high chair in the morning. #mommywin, y’all!
Here’s an easy Yoplait breakfast!
Mason Jar breakfasts are so simple. Either conjure them up at night before bed or have fun making them in the morning. I added chia seed pudding at the bottom of mine for an added oomph – just mix yoplait, chia seeds and a little milk and let them refrigerate for 4-8 hours.
We buy the big yoplait fridge packs at Walmart and let me tell ya, they don’t go to waste.
Yoplait in the mornings, a little snack afternoon snack and sometimes an after-dinner dessert. Mmmm!
