Bachelorette Bliss

My wedding hiatus is over! And this procrastinating girl is planting herself in a chair and writing out so overdue blogs.

Wedding was absolutely fab, honeymoon amazing and moving into the new house stressful but bliss. We are now preparing for the holidays. I am cooking my first 19 pound turkey. Ah! That sounds scary even typing it.
But right now I am reminiscing over my beautiful bachelorette party at the Hyatt Lost Pines Resort just outside of Austin, Texas. Oh my lawd, this place is gorgeous!! It seriously is a paradise just minutes from home. The girls surprised me and got the presidential suite and “glittered” it out with gorgeous DIY, Pinterest decorations. Jessa did an amazing job. We sipped champagne by the pool, danced by the fire, watched Jessa jam on the guitar and enjoyed time with just the girls.

This is going to be a regular girl’s weekend every year now. The Hyatt has fun activities every night and we took full advantage of roasting s’mores, black light tennis, mounting longhorns and succumbing to the lazy river for hours. All-in-all it was the most relaxing weekend! I was so blessed to have a group of amazing family and friends to share this weekend with.
